Novel-T Roy Kolkman is the head of the Knowledge Transfer Office at Novel-T that serves both University of Twente as Saxion University of Applied Sciences. He has 15 years experience in knowledge transfer and has been leading the Dutch initiative to realize a transparent set of national deal term principles on how to transfer IP to spin-offs.
