- the conference sessions
- the events hosted by MedFIT

Please note that a “visitor pass” holder may accompany or replace a “full pass” holder during meetings. However, the “visitor pass” holder will not have an account on the partnering platform, so no scheduled meetings.
We do not issue invitation letters but can provide a letter of confirmation of your registration. Please note that only registered delegates who have paid their registration fee can request a letter of confirmation. Once registered, please contact production@eurasante.com to request your letter.
Business convention (for “full pass” holders)
The partnering platform opens a few weeks before the event (3 weeks at the latest). As soon as it is open, you will receive an email with your login information and will be able to start planning your meeting. You will have access to the other participants’ profiles to select the organisations you would like to meet during the event to send them meeting requests.
Your login information to access to the partnering platform (not included with visitor passes) will be sent to you by email as soon as the platform is open, and within 48h of your registration.
If you haven’t received the email (incl. in your spam folder), please contact us and we will be happy to send it to you again.
To ensure that no meetings are scheduled during conference sessions you wish to attend, you can either add the session to your agenda or simply indicate the timeslots during which you will not be available for meetings. The system will only take the timeslots indicated as available to schedule meetings.
It is possible to select several participants from the same organisation when planning a meeting. Once you have confirmed the meeting, you can select all the participants from your company who will attend.
Scheduled meetings last 30 minutes. The number of meetings being scheduled will depend on breaks you wish to take, conference sessions you wish to attend, the availabilities of the attendee(s) in the meeting.
Yes, your meeting schedule will be available on the partnering platform in the “Calendar” section, including the time, location, and the name and position of the attendee(s) you are meeting. This makes it easy to prepare in advance.
If you are a “full pass” holder, you can access the contact details of participants who agreed to share their information on the partnering platform on their profile.
You can also access general company information in the “Profile” section.
If you have register with a full pass for MedFIT + BioFIT, you will have the possibility to access both platforms (separate ones) and schedule meetings with MedFIT as well as BioFIT participants.
If you want to upgrade your pass to get access to both MedFIT and BioFIT attendees on the platform, please contact us.
Conference sessions
All passes include access to both the conference sessions and the exhibition area. However, if you’d like to participate in one-on-one meetings, you need to register with a “full pass” (visitor passes do not include access to the partnering platform).

Conference topics are finalised ahead of the event (around April) and published on our website, which is updated regularly as new speakers are confirmed. A preliminary programme will be released a few months in advance. To ensure you receive the information about the conference programme, do not forget to register for our newsletter.
We are always looking for new experts to contribute to our high-quality conference programme. Please contact Eline Delcroix for more information.
