Hanaa SAFYA is passionate about turning scientific research into real-world healthcare solutions. With a PhD in Immunology, she began her career in research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at INSERM, where her interest in practical applications of science led her to the world of intellectual property. Working as a Patent Engineer at ICOSA, she gained valuable experience in protecting and managing scientific innovations.

Hanaa then spent four years at the Etablissement Français du Sang, where she focused on technology transfer and business development, helping to move research discoveries closer to patients. Today, at BIOASTER, she brings together R&D & innovation teams, startups, and diagnostics leaders to collaborate on projects that advance diagnostic technologies.

Always eager to keep learning, Hanaa is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Innovation Management at CNAM-Paris, deepening her understanding of how to drive innovation in healthcare.
