When SENSIPH joined MedFIT 2025, the company’s objective was clear: challenge its project, gain valuable feedback from MedTech experts, and build strategic connections to accelerate its development.To maximise these opportunities, the startup took part in the Start-up Slams pitch competition while also exhibiting throughout the event.
A unique opportunity to meet the right ecosystem
For the SENSIPH team, MedFIT brought together all the key stakeholders of the MedTech ecosystem in one place.
“What I appreciated most about MedFIT was the opportunity to connect directly with key stakeholders of the MedTech ecosystem in one place. The event created valuable interactions with potential collaborators, business angels, venture capitalists and industrial partners. Beyond networking, I particularly valued the feedback received from this specialized ecosystem, which helped position and refine our project within the market.”
The pitching competition was another key milestone.
“Our primary objective was to confront the project with MedTech experts through the jury evaluation. Receiving structured feedback from specialists was extremely valuable. We also wanted to strengthen our international exposure by pitching in English in front of a qualified audience.”
Concrete outcomes beyond the event
One year later, the impact of participating in MedFIT is already visible.
The start-up initiated discussions with business angels, venture capital firms and strategic partners. These exchanges have since evolved into concrete opportunities, including:
- an invitation to pitch in Taiwan,
- ongoing work with Belgian partners towards CE marking,
- continued discussions with investors and AI experts in healthcare.
As the founder summarises:
“MedFIT allowed me to meet strategic partners in just a few days that I would never have been able to identify on my own. It is a unique event to concretely accelerate a health innovation project at the international level.”
