Filip brings close to 30 years of experience in growth investments, strategic pivots, and international business scaling.  He held leadership positions with Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Siemens, and Barco before becoming an Invesment Partner at Capricorn Partners focusing on Health.

As a venture capital investor, Filip seeks out companies with a particular good fit within their eco-system, and able to show compelling economic benefits to all involved stakeholders.  He has a particular interest in surgery, diagnostics and various uses of AI.

Filip is currently also board member at iSTAR, the Chairman for the AI strategic initiative by the Flemish government, and is a member of imec’s industry advisory board covering Health.
