UCLPartners Laura is Director of Implementation for Cardiovascular Health at UCLPartners- an Academic Health Science Partnership based in London. She co-led the development of UCLP’s award-winning Proactive Care Frameworks which support the search and stratification of patients in primary care to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. The Cardiovascular Health programme at UCLPartners focusses on the prevention, earlier detection and management of the high-risk conditions that can lead to heart attacks, strokes and other serious illnesses. Laura’s focus is on translating data into action Prior to this, Laura managed the NHS Innovation Accelerator which supports innovators to spread evidence-based, high impact innovations in the NHS.
