Jennifer Goodall specializes in dynamic leadership and strategic vision coupled with strong financial expertise to drive the successful growth of hi-tech businesses. She is currently CEO of MindAffect, a ground breaking BCI/AI HealthTech Scale-up which was spun out of the University of Radboud and based in the Netherlands. Through her leadership, MindAffect has expanded the applications of its proprietary BCI Communication technology to develop new methods to screen, monitor and ultimately diagnose the neural pathways of all patients – not just those who can respond – (imagine how valuable this can be for children, the elderly and cognitively challenged patients!) This expansion has resulted in a robust financial position with paid pilots from global corporates, large national grant awards and strong equity investor support. Financial stability, strategic alignment between Technological Research and Product Development, strong risk/reward management and scrupulous communication underline her success. A graduate of Harvard with a BA in Computer Science and the Wharton School with an MBA in Finance, Jennifer’s original career was the typical NY Wall Street and then Amsterdam international investment banker. However, after many successful years in leadership positions “selling money” to established corporates, she decided to leave banking in order to work with exciting, young companies to have a positive impact on the quality of care for patients. The mother of two grown boys, wife of a Dutch lawyer and sporadic (but devoted) Ashtangi, Jennifer lives and works by the sea in the Netherlands (when she hasn’t run off to the sunny hills of Mallorca on a yoga retreat.)
