Founded in 2023 in Limoges, DAMOCLES Diagnostics develops a point-of-care diagnostic technology for veterinary clinics. It measures a microorganism’s biophysical properties within minutes from samples like milk or urine, enabling pathogen identification and antibiotic sensitivity testing. The DAMAST system has been validated on 500 bacteria/antibiotic combinations. The 8-person team is supported by INSERM labs RESINFIT and CAPTUR.
